Manushya Milan Sadhana Shivir

Manushya Milan Sadhna Shivir is a 10 day Non- residential Camp held in different cities by Param Aalay. To improve and sustain health, will, concentration, and to develop compassion and intellect which would ultimately lead towards a blissful life in just 3 simple steps: Right Food, Right Exercise and Right Mediation. The 10 days are divided into elaborating and understanding Sutraa and then doing Prayogs on the body, mind and the consciousness.  

The Manushya Milan Sadhana Shivir is organised in 2 sessions, which are totally free of cost for the participants. The morning session has dynamic Techniques and Sutras by Param Aalay Ji  to strengthen the solar plexus followed by breakfast, consisting of 15 food items designed by him, to nourish and rejuvenate the body with essential nutrients. 

The evening session has a meal consisting of certain drinks and soups followed by Sutras and Prayogs to strengthen the lunar plexus. To understand and feel results, it is compulsory to attend both sessions.

A month before the commencement of the camp, banners are put up in the respective cities. Major Organisation and Government bodies are intimated about the forthcoming camp. Registration forms are distributed and are to be filled by whoever is interested. Free online registration is also available.

Nature is selflessly giving without any discrimination and never asks for anything in return. Paramaalay ji’s realisation of being a part of nature and one world one family inspires him to share all that he has without any expectation. 

He has immense faith on this nature and knows that there are people on this earth who are as eager to contribute in terms of finance and it has been, so since he has stepped out.

The morning breakfast is alkaline, healthy and at once fills the body with energy. It comprises of around 15 items like soaked nuts, seeds, fruits and jaggery water, buttermilk, etc.

It is advisable to attend the entire 10 day camp to ensure optimal results. The camp is designed in a Scientific manner to work on first The Body (first 3 days), The Mind (day 3 – 6) and the Consciousness (day 6 – 9). On the 10th day Prayogs are done to stabilize the energies in the body.

To understand the concept and to get results, it is is necessary to attend all sessions.

No, the attendees have to make their own travel arrangements.

There are several Prayogs that are practiced during the camp. A small list of required items for the Prayog is given beforehand. We do not provide these items.

The Mahabhoj is generally organised on the 9th or the 10th day of the camp. This food is designed on the universal laws of “Right Food”. It is nutritious, tasty, contains all the “Rasas” , in the right combination and prepared in a hygienic and Sattvik way.

On the 9th day Prayogs are done to establish and enhance our harmony with our roots; our parents. This special day has deep Prayogs and Sutras that develop love and understanding among family members. It is a day of celebration where we pay our gratitude to our parents, without whom we would have not existed.

The breakfast is freshly prepared and takes time, and bound by the decorum of the camp, this facility is humbly regretted.

Water is an essential element in the Sadhna Saamagri and drinking water is not provided in the Shivir.

Parking facility solely depends upon the venue. Yes, you’re required to remove the footwear outside the Sadhna area. It is  demarcated and properly managed. However the attendees are advised not to come in expensive footwear.

No, the sessions taken by Paramaalay ji’s non-interactive. However our Param Mitra’s are available after the sessions. Question and answer sessions are only available at the Residential Camps. However, after the 10th day, Param Aalay takes a question answer session for the curious seekers. 

No, personal belongings are to be looked after by the attendee.

Yes, a public toilet facility is available.

Entry card is compulsory for entry.

The attendees are welcome to participate in seva. While issuing the entry cards they can opt for seva. Even those who haven’t opted are welcome to contact the Param Mitras during the Camp. Interested people could contact the Sadhaks at the venue.
