Manushya Milan Sadhna Shivir

Filled with compassion and empathy, Param Aalay Ji had a strong urge to share his experiences and wisdom which had transformed his life and thus he started contemplating various ways to go about it. He started formulating a technique as simple which even a 95 year old could work over and as joyful which even a 5 year old would love to do. In the year 2002 he independently started taking meetings, seminars and sessions to awaken the masses and share his experiences. His teachings started taking shape and thus was borne the concept of ‘Manushya Milan Sadhana Shivir’ - A 10 day camp to improve and sustain health, will, concentration, develop compassion and intellect which would ultimately lead towards a blissful life.

This is the first step towards understanding Param Aalay Ji's concept where he not only explains sutras, but takes one on a practical experience.

Manushya Milan Sadhana Shivir is organised in 2 sessions, which are totally free-of-cost for the participants :

Navratri Residential Camp

The immense flow of energy during the period marked as Navratri can be of great benefit for a person seeking to move within. Param Aalay Ji has a keen interest towards those who wish to develop the powers of their brain and thus, The Navratri Residential Camps are conducted 4 times a year –

-Twice during the period of main Navratri, which is during Chaitra (March – April) and Sharad (Sept – Oct)

-Twice during the period of Gupt Navratri, which is during Magh (Jan – Feb) and Aashadh (June – July)

These camps are conducted under the guidance and presence of Param Aalay Ji with the attendees getting an opportunity to experience life alongside Param Aalay Ji himself, resulting in an intense and deeper understanding. Through these 10 days, the energy created by the movements of the Sun, the Earth and the Moon is utilised for the development of our consciousness through the techniques of both Hatha Yog and Raaj Yog.

Youth Camp

When the energies are at full vigor, it is then the right time to direct them, but in what direction ?

We organize a special camp for the youngsters of age 18-30 years who are curious enough to explore life, who dare to dream beyond the ordinary and question the mundane pattern of their lives, who want to become passionate leaders and are ambitious enough to stake their time for it.

The crucial stage in our life is at maturity, when we are overflowing with energy and if we can guide our energies in the right direction, then we can accomplish what we dream of and fill ourselves with satiety and joy, else we can ruin our time and our life to become an empty vessel just to make unpleasant noises.

Our bio energy, or sex energy as we call it, is the only energy we possess. It is our life force, our life energy and to transcend, to evolve, we have just this energy. We need an abundance of it, an incessant flow of this energy.

Swa-Mitra

The total composition of our body’s blood is renewed in 120 days. If certain techniques are performed over this span of time, it can bring unexpected transformations in us. This is a 120 days programme, where you experience various dimensions of life with our Param Mitra and reprogram the habitual pattern of your mind. This powerfully built blood makes you a completely different person who is physically healthier, mentally stronger and consciously deeper.

This programme is a jumping board for the seeker. In this program, you experience 3 different phases.

Swa-Deeksha

Param Aalay Ji says that “your brain is your master (Guru) and your body is the disciple, you don’t have to connect yourself with me or anyone from outside. That’s why it is called swayam se swayam ki deeksha, that is, the connection of your body with your consciousness.”

Param-Utsav

Those who walk on the path of knowing the self, realise that the thirst is never ending. As they walk the mysterious path, as the Ananda keeps growing they are ready to reach out to the Master for the nexxt level of guidance.
