We all want our lives to be great, we all strive for positive change in our lives, we want it to resonate with health, peace, happiness and prosperity. The most crucial element in this respect is Energy. This energy is made by food in the presence of oxygen. Right food and right exercise are the base of creating and enhancing Energy.
What is “right” as far as exercise goes? On a physiological level, our brain needs 21% oxygen to function at its optimal, that is the air element in the body. We do all kinds of activities in the morning but have we ever focused on the basic aim of exercising?
Our lungs are the storehouse of oxygen and the main aim of exercise is to be able to absorb and retain maximum level of oxygen in the body.
After more than 25 years of study, research and experimentation, Paramaalayji has formulated the Navel Hammering Technique or The Nabhi Jhatka Prayog. An awakened navel or “Zinda Nabhi” as he calls it, instantly transports energy to the brain to activate it.
Unique as it sounds, the NJP is a simple yet powerful technique to activate each organ of the body from the brain to the toes in just about 33 minutes. The body instantly throws the carbon out and prepares for maximum retention of oxygen. If compared to cycling, brisk walking, running, jogging or gymming, this 33 minutes regime is much more simple and effective than 2 hours of any other activity. There are no side effects. Combined with the specially designed alkaline breakfast that Paramaalayji has designed, it delivers astonishing results from curing all diseases to maintaining great vigour and vitality through out the day.
This technique is designed keeping the ultimate aim of absorbing and retaining maximum oxygen in the lungs while throwing out the carbon. Also, the joints and heart are not strained. The constant and repeated exaling during the prayog prevents the depletion of mineral reserves from the bones.
This technique is practised early in the morning during Sunrise and in the open.
Bathing before the exercise with normal tap water is important.
This simple prayog has 1 major part and 4 sub parts.
Stand with feet in balance, shoulder wide. Inhale deeply and slowly exhale making a humming sound to feel the vibrations at the throat where the thyroid and parathyroid glands are situated. The knees have to be simultaneously slightly bent and straightened all the while. The body must be left loose. To be repeated thrice. This prayog can be repeated in the evening too.
4.Clapping: Clapping the hands with feet in balance and shoulder wide. The knees have to be bent and straightened continuously and simultaneously. This is a powerful prayog to increase magnetic aura and activate the acupressure points connected to all the organs in the body as also to awaken the navel. To be practiced for 3 to 10 minutes.
6.Roaring: Feet in balance, shoulder wide, the knees have to be slowly bent and held while inhaling. The fingers tightened like that of a lion’s paws, the teeth clenched tight, we have to slowly exhale, making a loud roaring sound. Then slowly stand straight. This prayog clears the carbon dioxide blocked in the bones to strengthen the teeth and the bones. To be repeated thrice.
