You’re not the body.
Where ever the mind is, you’re not.
Yoga sutra says we have 727210210 nerves in the body. Science says that each cell has uncountable nerves. These arteries and viens secrete mucous just like the saliva is secreted in the mouth. This mucous dries up gradually and that is the reason food doesn’t get digested and diseases enter the body. If the mucous secretion is healthy not a single bacteria can enter the body whether it be dengue, malaria or swine flu. The mucous strengthens the immunity of the body. Nritya is a powerful technique to increase the mucous secretion in the nerves and the this secretion is facilitated by the movement of the elbows and knees during nritya.
There are endless powers hidden in the knees and elbows and Nritya is a beautiful yet simple way of releasing these powers.
This technique aligns the 3 fires within, the fire of the belly,Jatharagni, the fire of sex energy, kamagni and the fire of knowledge, gyanagni. When the oorja or energies are thus aligned within, when the dancer becomes one with the dance, the dancer ceases to exist and that is when the Nataraj within emerges. That is when the body and the mind cease to exist. That is when the Krishna, the Meera in you emerge,.That is when real Samadhi occurs. This simple yet powerful technique brings us closer to one’s being in no time.
The Prayog:
Let the energy in you flow in spontaneity and let your body express yourself. This is not to show others but to be with oneself.
