Here at the Residential Camp, you are served with 3 powerful meals which are freshly prepared with the most pious feelings of our Param Mitra. These meals are supportive to enhance your consciousness levels and boost your potentials.
The beginning of the day is with an alkaline meal which is a power pack of nutrients, specially taking into account your iron, calcium, Vitamin D and haemoglobin levels and maintaining the sodium-potassium balance.
The second meal is the Raspoorna Chappan Bhog, the prayful and delicious lunch, where you can savour more than 25 freshly prepared dishes which are all easy to digest and absorb for your body.
The third meal is a lighter one, designed in accordance to the universal laws to keep your stomach free from work so that your body can easily harmonise with the existence.
