Param Aalay-Life History

Shri Param Aalay Ji, a resident of Indore, Madhya Pradesh is a 50 year old Ex-businessman who was born in a middle class family in a small village near Indore, Digthan. His dreams and ambition to lead a prosperous life took him to Indore and in a very short span of time he established multiple industries manufacturing snacks and eatables that gave him recognition in numerous states across the country.

Since childhood he had many questions in his mind regarding life and it’s purpose, about nature and existence. He was always fascinated by the blue sky and the stars. By 1994, he earned a repute and considerable amount of wealth but still inner peace and contentment remained a faraway dream. This restlessness triggered his quest for the deeper meaning of life and his search took him to various people and places in the country. Within the next few years he travelled miles and learnt and practiced uncountable techniques just to realize that something was still missing, something that lay the very foundation of a man’s inner journey and something that would lead to real transformation. In the course of his quest he saw himself suffering from various health problems and felt that an unhealthy physical body created hindrance to a healthy mind and in realizing the truth, thus making it clear the age old principle of ‘Jaisa hoga Anna, waisa hoga Mann’ . He then started learning and experimenting about the right combination of food and the food which helps harness the powers of brain, which made his foundations stronger. Very soon he realised that unless knowledge is practically implemented and that too sequentially, it is not of any use. As he started experimenting extensively he found saahas (courage),Sankalp(will)vivek ( prudence)and Anand (bliss)slowly unfolding within. This gave an impetus to his search and a deep understanding set in that nothing could change permanently without the development of these qualities. As started to delve deep in the world of mystery, he realised the answer to ‘Who Am I’.
Filled with compassion and empathy, he had a strong urge to share his experiences and wisdom which transformed his life and thus he started contemplating various ways to go about it. He started formulating a technique as simple which even a 95 year old could work over and as joyful which even a 5 year old would love to do. In the year 2002 he independently started taking meetings, seminars and sessions to awaken the masses and share his experiences. His teachings started taking shape and thus was borne the concept of ‘Manushya Milan Sadhana Shivir’ – A 10 day camp to improve and sustain health, will power, concentration, develop compassion and would ultimately lead towards a blissful life in just 3 simple steps – RIGHT FOOD, RIGHT EXERCISE AND RIGHT MEDITATION The first such camp was organised in January 2011 under the title ‘Surya Milan Sadhana Shivir’ in Indore, after which over 100 camps have been conducted across nearly 50 cities in various states across India, each being attended by thousands. Since then, the concept has undergone numerous amendments so as to deliver the fastest and the optimum result oriented method for transforming one’s life. Param Aalay Ji does this all with a style which is unique to him with a great sense of humor and wit. Thousands of people have had enormous benefits – curing diseases, reducing excess weight, developing a positive attitude towards life, improving business strategies to multiply profits, harnessing positive bonds among family, developing respect for elders, attaining a state of inner peace, just to name a few.
The results have definitely been very impressive as far as the physical health is concerned. People who had been struggling for years to overcome obesity, have seen positive results within the 10 day camp itself. A 20 kg weight loss seems to be a child’s play, if you ask the camp attendees. People suffering from diabetes, blood pressure and thyroid, who had been told to carry the disease to their graves, have had astonishing results which made the doctors discontinue their medicines which they had been taking for years.
This work in the domain of public welfare is receiving appreciable support from the media and the government. Certain families and individuals who have had results at the levels of the physical body, mind and consciousness have associated themselves in this mission of awakening themselves and in turn others by giving their time and efforts by visiting various cities, sharing their experiences and inviting people to attend the camp.
