Spine Upright

Man is the only species to have a vertical spine and his ability to look up at the sky, the limitless makes him unique. He has immense inherent powers lying dormant which can only be awakened when  in complete sequence. The 33 vertebrae in the spine are a storehouse of energy which can only be released when the spine is erect. The flow of energy goes to the brain unconstructed .It is only then that one can absorb and retain what is spoken.

The Prayog:

The Pituitary Gland is situated in the frontal region of the brain, that is, between the eyes in the forehead. The Pineal Gland is situated at the centre of the brain. When something is spoken the pituitary gland absorbs the sound. It absorbs the sound and then transfers the sound to the pineal gland. The pineal gland does the analysis of whether what was heard was right or wrong. The spine must be erect and the saliva retained in the mouth.

Our mind is very frivolous. There is an incessant traffic of thoughts in the mind. The mind can never be still and only a still mind can absorb knowledge. This is a simple yet effective prayog to quieten the mind thereby increasing the concentration of the brain.

Param Aalay repeatedly reminds everyone to keep the spine erect and hands in the lap during the sessions.
